Upload a video for a pin: registers the upload (POST /media), sends the file, and returns the media_id. Poll get_media_status until it is "succeeded", then pass mediaId to create_pin. MP4 or MOV, up to 2 GB / 15 minutes on Pinterest (512 MB here).

Processing status of an uploaded video (GET /media/{media_id}): registered, processing, succeeded or failed.
